I'm happy to announce that our team, "The Shoshoni Hackers" have once again thrown down the gauntlet at the 4th annual Wyohackathon in Laramie, WY. We competed for the challenge "Best Solution for Economic Development in Wyoming". With their 1st place entry, the students earned an $8,000 cash prize, plus a year of office space, valued at $5,000. Our submission was a blockchain certification pathway for secondary education and educational resource. It is worth noting that we were not competing against other high-school teams, but largely against professionals and some college students. JH and Youth volleyball won matches against Burlington and Riverside, and the JH football team beat Rocky Mountain!! HS Football JV schedule change: Greybull has canceled the Monday, Sept. 27 JV football game. The Wranglers will instead travel to Farson for a 4:30pm kickoff. The bus will leave at 1:30pm.

The Youth VB team had a great showing against Lander on Thursday in the gym, while the JH FB team picked up a win against Saratoga on the field. The JH VB team was home against Greybull on Friday with the A team losing a close one and the B team picking up a win. The HS Football team went on the road and picked up a conference W against Rocky Mountain with amazing support from the HS VB team!!! This week features conference matches for HS VB, the second conference game for HS FB and road games for the JH and Youth volleyball and football teams.
