LOCKDOWN DRILL NOVEMBER 22, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
The safety and welfare of our students is our highest priority. In order to maintain a safe environment for our children to study and learn, it is necessary that we practice our emergency and crisis response plans throughout the year.
We conduct drills such as Fire, Lockdown, Earthquake, Evacuation, and Stay Put. The purpose of these drills is to ensure that students and staff are prepared in the event of an emergency. We will prepare our students for how the drill will be conducted, and with reassurance that there is no need to be anxious or scared.
Often, children are comforted by the message that lockdowns, like fire drills, are just one more way that adults make sure their children are safe. Students with additional needs will be supported before, during and after the drill. Please call SRO Myers or Kay Watson with any questions.

Fremont County School District #24 would like to invite all Veterans to our school on Thursday, November 10th for breakfast and a recognition assembly for their service. Breakfast for Veterans and their family will be held at 8:15 am and the recognition assembly will take place at 9 am. We look forward to seeing you there!

It is time for our annual FOOD DRIVE to support of our very own Wrangler students!

The College Football Playoff Foundation looks to “Go the Extra Yard” for teachers by recognizing that great teachers change lives! The CFP and Shoshoni Schools are proud to recognize Mr. Brady Slack for his tireless efforts in the classroom. Mr. Slack works to provide personalized care for all of his students that includes fair and consistent expectations. His assignments are high level work with open ended responses that allows students to learn and grow as writers and thinkers. There is never a “free” day in Mr. Slack’s classroom as he brings high energy to the learning environment.
We are proud to present Mr. Slack a game ball that has been signed by the football team, a t-shirt and a $25 gift card from Donors Choose.
Let’s hear a round of applause for Mr. Slack going the “Extra Yard”.

See you tomorrow night at Parent/Teacher conferences! We will have snacks and drawings for juniors/seniors and their parents who are able to attend the different informational sessions. Remember - you can just attend the sessions that interest you!
